THE DEVASTATION: The bakery has been completely destroyed in the cylinder blast.
Pune: At least eight people including four foreigners have been killed and over 40 others injured in a bomb blast at the German Bakery in Pune on Saturday.
Union Home Ministry said that the bomb blast could be the handiwork of a terror group as the area is frequented by tourists specially foreign nationals.
Union Home Secretary GK Pillai said that it was most probably a terror attack adding that a team of National Investigative Agency (NIA) officials is being sent to Pune along with a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) forensic team.
